Wendy Koh is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coaching Federation. In the last 15 years, her work in leadership development has been focused on creating spaces and facilitating conversations that evoke profound transformation, allowing her clients to reconnect with their deepest authentic selves and greater purpose with breakthrough results.
She operates from the context that every person has a unique way in which they make an impact in the world. Wendy takes a holistic approach – working with the whole individual (i.e., mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) and the ecosystem they live and work in. She specializes in coaching leaders to create generative conversations that move people into action.
Wendy also coaches leaders particularly keen on having a powerful executive presence. She has worked in the private, public, and social sectors and with more than 2000 leaders – from middle management to senior management in education, early childhood, healthcare, IT, finance, asset management, defence and security, aviation, and engineering, to name a few.
Wendy is also an effective and adept facilitator. She has developed, curated, and led milestone leadership programmes for educators, air traffic controllers, executives, engineers, etc. She has also delivered workshops and seminars in small and large group settings to more than 1000 participants using the ontological methodology and Socratic inquiry in areas such as leadership, relationships, communication and producing breakthrough results. Wendy also provides one-to-one coaching and group coaching sessions for her clients, taking them on a journey in designing a life with a system, structure and habits that fit the life they want to live.
